“Kundalini and Good Health “ This painting depicts the role of ‘Kundalini’ in Mental and Physical health. When the Kundalini gets activated, the person acquires mental peace, physical fitness, and experiences a blissful living.  In the “Kundalini” Muladhar Chakra, the radiant Kundalini Shakti in the Swayambhulinga is wrapped around it for three and a half rounds. By piercing all the chakras in sequence from Muladhara, lifting the Sahastra Dal in Padma and meeting with Supreme Shiva, and uniting the two, the body is filled with unique joy through the harmony created by the combination of the two. At that time, the seeker forgets the world, then external knowledge becomes void and the seeker drowns in indescribable bliss.
